Is there a motorcycle behind that simple, elegant, Girder fork? Yes, But as it thunders its way toward the onlooker, the first thought to mind is, What the hell is that?
The Recessed number plate has been a favorite of mine for many years now, as simple as it gets, without interfering with the subtle lines of the rear fender, Topped off with a Crime Scene Inc Tail light, refinished in gloss black to match the head light. A fine honey comb mesh hides the obvious LED's through the clear lens.
Hawg halters rear brake and pulley set up, was altered with a new brake mount that has a lower profile for the skinny rear belt. And added mounting tongue to accommodate the belt adjustment.
The hand crafted exhaust system incorporates a punched louver baffle at the top to aid in reversion. while the curved perforated core is packed with ceramic wool to help mellow the bark of this beast.

A Builtwell leather seat is mounted on spring dampened shocks for that little bit of ride comfort.
The billet Exhaust tip, Gas tank cap, oil filler cap, and outer primary cover, where machined to match the bottle cap rocker boxes.
The under seat plate was crafted from 10mm billet, curved to match the flow of the frame and covers the Thunder Heart Single fire ignition module, and gas tank mounting hardware.
Tech cycle mid mount controls, and 2" primary belt drive, perform superbly and with less noise than some other drive systems, while maintaining a comfortable riding position, reminiscent of that bygone era.
The Ignition coil was adorned with the smallest of finned decorations to improve its look, and a micro dash was fabricated out of metal sheet to hold the horn button, Speedo function button, and idiot lights.
many of the Top bike builders in the world, have chosen the PP100 engine as the heart and soul for some fantastic build projects. My vision was to design a frame and fork that would compliment the Indian heritage.
Hammer Custom Cycles provided the fantastic pegs and grips that compliment the theme so well.
And Arlen Ness supplied the superb Retro clutch and brake Master cylinders.
A set of Donnie Smith Girder Triple trees provided the moving parts to build upon, with a girder fork leg shaped to match the frame and various mounts through out the bike.
The Progressive shock was replaced with an Icon unit that had the simple classic image I required. and the front caliper from a Evo HD gave a shallow back profile to clear the Ride Right Wheels. after some careful reshaping to match the Crime Scene headlight, it too was treated to some black powder coat.
Just visible behind the shift rod, is the oil tank filler neck, and custom cap. Not very visible is the hard stainless fuel and oil lines pumping the blood throughout this modern Icon.
The Tech Cycle belt drive outer cover, was ball milled and treated to a coat of chrome. While the inner primary had the 1" offset spacer welded in place and then Powder coated black.
A 45mm Mikuni feeds the 100 inch Power Plus. and although it was fitted with a basic off the shelf finned air cleaner, Its backing plate was modified with a weld on spigot to fit the Mikuni, and a K&N filter installed.
